We want you to be satisfied. Phone us if you’re not. We will tell you how to proceed. If you return an item you will need your proof of purchase and an authorization number that we will give you for this purpose. Phone during the afternoon (12:00 to 17:30, eastern time). Please note that we will be responsible for the shipping charges from our store and you will be responsible for the shipping when you send us the merchandise. Send the package insured.

In most cases, manufacturers apply a one-year warranty against defect. The exceptions are : steel frames, that comes with a ten-year warranty against defect. Also, as specified in some of the information that come with some products, you may have a two-year warranty against defects. Of course, such warranties cannot cover situations like accidents, violent or abusive usage, or consequences of racing with the merchandise.

We strongly recommend the use of helmets while cycling. We have experienced the protection they give and we want you to be safe and happy at the end of the day.

If a price increase had to be applied to any of our products, we would notify this website as soon as possible.

As you may have noticed elsewhere in this website, the prices always include shipping charges from Québec City to anywhere in Canada. We don’t sell outside Canada, although that may change one day.
